WHAT'S COVERED
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Ultimate Door warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
- Structural integrity of the door system
- Construction and joinery methods
- Factory-applied finishes, subject to normal wear and environmental exposure
- Manufacturing defects affecting performance or operation
Insulated Glass Units
All insulated glass units supplied by Ultimate Door are covered against seal failure resulting in fogging or moisture between panes.
- Seal failure and fogging
- Moisture between glass panes
- Manufacturing defects in glass units
- Subject to proper installation and normal use conditions
Premium Hardware
Hardware components including multipoint locking systems, hinges, and handles are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

Marine-Grade Finishes

FINISH & ENVIRONMENT
Our products are engineered specifically for South Florida's coastal environment. Understanding normal weathering helps set proper expectations.
Natural Weathering Considerations
While our marine-grade finishes provide exceptional protection, all exterior finishes are subject to natural weathering over time in coastal environments.
Finish warranties do not cover:
- Normal fading, chalking, or patina development due to UV exposure
- Damage caused by salt air accumulation without proper maintenance
- Effects of improper cleaning methods or harsh chemical use
- Environmental factors beyond manufacturer control
Routine maintenance following our care guidelines is essential to maximize finish longevity and maintain warranty coverage.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
To maintain warranty coverage, proper installation and care are essential. The following are not covered under this warranty:
Installation Issues
Improper installation or installation by non-authorized installers. We provide comprehensive installation specifications and can recommend qualified professionals.
Misuse or Neglect
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or alterations not approved by Ultimate Door. This includes improper maintenance or failure to follow care guidelines.
Acts of Nature
Damage from hurricanes, flooding, fire, lightning, earthquakes, or other natural disasters. Also excludes damage from structural movement or settling of the building.
Normal Wear
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time that do not affect structural integrity or operation. This includes natural patina development and minor finish weathering.
Commercial Use
Commercial installations unless otherwise specified in writing. Commercial warranty terms available upon request for qualifying projects.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To activate your warranty, products must be registered within 90 days of installation.
Warranty registration helps us:

- Track service history for your property
- Provide faster support if service is ever needed
- Maintain accurate records for warranty claims
